Our experience with Janet was good, to say the very least! Janet was not only very professional, but extremely personable, friendly and easy to get along with. She was always available for texting or calling to answer questions, or if she was busy, she would get back with us very quickly! Making an offer was fast and smoothly done with the checklist she adheres to on her end. Contract writing was the same streamlined service she provided. Electronic documents and signatures made it so easy and efficient. Oh! Also, Janet acted on issues immediately; not putting things off and/or forgetting about them, but making the necessary follow-through. And she was so helpful making sure you did what you needed to on your end and kept on track of required actions.
